Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Projexy, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days following payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.
General Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on your receipt. Unfortunately, requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
- Products sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
- Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.
For online orders, Projexy covers the cost of return shipping.
This policy does not override your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Product Condition Requirements
All returns must be sent back to SHOP CHUCHI LLC in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, incorrect assembly, or missing components may be subject to additional fees.
If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will cover shipping and restocking fees. For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
SHOP CHUCHI LLC reserves the right to inspect returned items and assess their compliance with the return policy.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Important Notes:
- Requests that do not meet policy criteria will be denied.
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Projexy is not responsible for lost items.
- For approved returns or exchanges, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will issue a prepaid return label. Please follow the return instructions carefully and ensure all packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items are included.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. After inspection, we will confirm the approval or denial of your request. Approval is at SHOP CHUCHI LLC‘s discretion based on the item’s condition and adherence to our policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Allow extra processing time.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
