We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on your receipt. Unfortunately, requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.

For online orders, Projexy covers the cost of return shipping.
This policy does not override your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
All returns must be sent back to SHOP CHUCHI LLC in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, incorrect assembly, or missing components may be subject to additional fees.
If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, SHOP CHUCHI LLC will cover shipping and restocking fees. For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
SHOP CHUCHI LLC reserves the right to inspect returned items and assess their compliance with the return policy.
